brushes invert colors

Untitled-10000.jpgit happens with every brush, if i do a line and draw on top of it , it inverts the color, please help i tried everything.

In addition check the brush mode is set to normal and the layer modes are set to normal on both the layer you are painting on and the layer above or below.
