Hi guys,

A friend of mine used my computer to get the free trail run for the Adobe lightroom.

I've just signed up for the full package which im now paying for but when i go to download the applications onto my Mac its sending the verification email to her email address and not to mine.

What do i need to do to change the verification email?

Thanks

Follow below steps :

Quit Adobe Creative Cloud app.

1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( " Do not miss ~ symbol " )

~/library

It will open User Library folder.

3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and trash Opm.db file

Once you had trashed file named OPM.DB , relaunch Adobe Creative Cloud app , you shud get Sign in option.

your adobe id is your email address.  if you have an incorrect adobe id, you need to create a correct one.

if you just need to sign into the cc desktop app using your adobe id, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using your id:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
