Making content in Adobe Animate accessible?

Hello,

I work for an e-learning company. We create our content in Adobe Animate and are looking to make it more accessible for visually impaired users etc.

I just wanted to know if apples VoiceOver can read swf files ? And if the accessibility is only compatible with Windows ?
