Download issues on creative cloud. HELP ME.

I downloaded the creative cloud to the Adobe programs, but I can't open only 'apps' on creative cloud like this pic.

I deleted it several times and downloaded it again. I tried to reboot the computer several times. But I can't solve this problem.

Besides, the adobe premiere was downloaded in the old days and it used to be used until yesterday, but it won't open.

I have to use the adobe photoshop, adobe premiere and adobe indesign. Please help me.
