Library ebook downloads

When I try to download an ebook from my public library I get the message that I've used the wrong ID and/or Password. I have to sign in on the library site so I don't enter an ID or password. How can I correct this problem?

Assuming you are getting this error when trying to authorize the computer using Adobe ID, you may refer to the troubleshooting steps given in the links below:

Adobe Digital Edition Errors/Troubleshooting

Incorrect login ID or password

Incorrect id or password for authorize OverDrive with Adobe id and password

Wrong ID and/or password when trying to authorize my PC (though credentials ARE indeed right)
