Model release required for imaginary illustrations...?

Hi,

I have uploaded some illustrations, one of them is without model release although there is a woman depicted. But I painted it without any model and therefor I can't provide a release. What can I do now?

I can provide a video (or screenshots as one jpeg) of the painting process instead of a release

Still wondering if anyone could give me some information about this issue. In the meanwhile I have 4 declined illustrations (and more are awaiting for approvement) without model release because the person i painted doesn't exist. Any advice?
