HELP! Export Video from CS6

-I have  problem!  I can't export video format by file>export>video. Cuz i have no video formats there. Only psd, PNG or another standart formats. I have quick player, have framework.

What i already try to do :

1) Reinstall CS6

2) Restart PC

3) Update Video card drivers

4) Reinstall Quick Player and try another version

Try: File > Export > Render Video    Select the Adobe Media Encoder, H.264, and High Quality options.

Which OS are you using?

Do you have Adobe Media Encoder installed?

-It's plugin? Or? Where i can download it

Maybe Media Encoder only comes with CC versions.

-Window 7, no i have ni Adobe media encoder.

Yesterday i reinstall  windows (before that video export working) I have the same version of photoshop (have installer and install it into new windows. But i install the same windows as it was before from my flash card)

-I install encoder, but in Photoshop it still gray and not active

Its appears it's not included with Photoshop CS6 Is Adobe Media Encoder included in Photoshop CS6?

Maybe it's time to upgrade to CC2015/2017.
