Upgraded from LR4 to LRCC on Macbook, want to transfer presets and photos if possible to IMac

I just upgraded my LR4 to the LRCC subscription on my Macbook.  I know I can use LRCC on two devices, but I am not sure how to access what is already in my LR catalog on my laptop on my desktop such as purchased presets.  I now have LRCC downloaded on both computers, but only the one that already had LR4 on it (my laptop) has everything transferred.  Thanks in advance for the help!
