how do I use GREP to find all type that follows this format:

ANY tab, plus $ sign plus 1 or more numbers, decimal point, 2 numbers.

EXAMPLE: these things I'm looking for would look like this (the dots represent the TAB)

.....$2.54

or

.....$33.00

these would be the only variations..

Aah, if you notice carefully mine and @Obi-wan Kenobi solution are same. The [\t] part of my query instead got added as part of my response instead of the query. Hence, my grep query is slightly right indented.
