i cannot upload picture to sell

please help me i cannot upload .zip file for selling vector tooo.... this is my first upload ... i try several times but fails... please help me...

We had to temporarily disable the ability to upload .eps vector files. We will report back when it's re-enabled again. You can continue to submit .ai vector files in the usual zipped format. We apologize for the inconvenience.

i have try .ai but still cant.... i has no upload vector... iam new

member....
