Hi claudeb

Thanks for posting on Adobe forums.

As I understand you are not able to use Adobe Premiere Elements 12.

Could you please provide the following information so that we can help you out?

- What is the OS version?

- Is this a 32 Bit / 64 Bit?

- For how long are you facing this?

- Could you please give me the exact error?

Regards
Neeraj

Here is the problem. I used Adobe Premiere Element 12 on my old computer under windows 7 and everything was fine ... I uninstall it from it and reinstall it on my new Alienware R6 computer with windows 10 64 bits version 1703 with Intelcore i7-7700K, 16G processor of RAM and Ndivia Gforce GTX1070 graphics card. The installation runs smoothly and when I start the program I click on new project and it then asks me to activate the program. When I come to do it the following message appears: "Adobe Premiere Element stopped working, a problem caused the program to stop working." When I restart the program and I click on new project, it goes in circles for many minutes. I am discouraged and I am thinking of buying another video editing software from another brand.
