So our church has a video streaming service for the people at home, and we have begun implementing lower thirds into ATEM Software Control, and we have been using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder. Right now, we have a (horrible) Asus Essentio. We are considering a major PC upgrade to last many years to come. As of now, we have decided on

My main concern is the graphics card. Would Media Encoder/After Effects leverage this or is it not enough. We might go deeper than lower thirds once we upgrade the pc, but for now that is what we are doing. Any tips? We don't want to spend more money than needed, but we need something to last.

I would add another Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB drive for only $90 and use it for the OS/Applications and use you 1 TB (Which on Newegg is only $300) for your projects.
