Photoshop CC now has a very useful search feature in the top right corner.   Are any of these the tools you are looking for?  (I felt a disturbance in The Force as I typed the last sentence! )

Unfortunately, it seems the Luce filter is only available for photoshop on the windows side.

No mac version as far as i know.
