Help with Crash (Win 10)

Hi, hoping to get some answers for my case. My Xd application crashed, and I lost everything but the artboards themselves. All the text, I have been saving all my work, yet when I try to open the xd file, I can only see the new save, which is the artboards with nothing.

Here is the crash log:

Activation of app Adobe.CC.XD_adky2gkssdxte!App failed with error: The app didn't start in the required time. See the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for additional information.

Any ideas?

I understand your situation. Am not sure if there is much that can be done to recover your file, but I suggest reaching out to Adobe Customer Care who can do a more comprehensive investigation.
