New cards come out faster than Adobe can test and certify... if your card has 1Gig of video ram it should work... but do be aware that video drivers SOMETIMES cause problems, so you may need to update your video driver at the vendor site
You do have to realize that the Quadro M620 is essentially a GeForce GTX 750 (not the Ti) that's running at a slightly lower base clock speed and with no turbo boost. It has only 512 CUDA cores and a memory throughput of a mere 80 GB/second, just like the plain GTX 750. Thus, expect only mediocre performance in GPU-accelerated tasks in Premiere Pro.
My reading on the specs, I am assuming that you are looking a the "HP Z2 mini G3".
That Z2 is a neat small package but like a laptop you are limited to 4 cores. Fortunately some of the CPU options do have hyperthreading available in the options. One of the options (in addition to Xeon's) is the i7-7700 which is the best of the bunch.
The other great modern day option is an M.2 SSD plus you can have a standard SATA III SSD.
It supports up to 32 GB of RAM.
The performance version even has a USB 3.1 port.
If only they offered something like a mobile GTX 1060 6GB with some real CUDA capabilities it would be a really worthy Premiere Pro machine
