Why is my Indesign is crashing?

My version of Indesign is CS6. When I try to print something as simple as a letter, I hit "file" and there is no "print" option. So I try to create a pdf from the Indesign letter. When I instruct it to give me a low res version, I get a long message entitled Problem Details and System Configuration.
What does this mean and can it be fixed?

Please do not post crash reports here. Post them on pastebin.com and provide a link in the future.

CS6 is unsupported under anything later than 10.10. There some folks that have gotten it to work and perhaps one of them can help you, But many more have had no success at all. CS6 has reached end of life and will not be updated.
