can't import to lr 4.4 with camera raw 7.4 from new canon 1dx

I have an older camers 1dx from last year, got a new one and now I can't import the files! PLEASE HELP, adobe will no longer help me...so frustrated

I assume you mean you got a new Canon 1DX, even though you didn't specify the model of the new camera. please confirm.
