Im using photoshop cs6, When i pick Eyedropper tool sometimes photoshop getting closed automatically, please give me a solution.

Hi Surya,

  • This issue mostly occurs because of installed plugins in Photoshop.
  • Close Photoshop.
  • Hold down the Shift key and launch Photoshop. A dialog appears during launch that reads “Skip loading optional and third-party plug-ins. Select "Yes".

  • Repeat your workflow and let us know the outcome.
