Upgrade ACR?

All of a sudden my completely updated version of Lightroom is telling me I may need to upgrade my totally up-to-date version of ACR for Photoshop, everytime I do an "Edit in" function. Not sure what to do. I tried saying "render with Lightroom" but then had trouble saving the file back to light room.
