I'm using a wacom mobile studio 16. and in my PS, noting showing under my pen.None of the tools are showing!

No matter if I turn Caps on or off.

And I tried to change in preference as well, not work. even I check the box on normal size brush tip. It's still noting showing up.

I just found out what's going on!

It's the setting of my wacom.

Go to setting--pen&windows ink, and turn on "show cursor"

Thank you for helping me!

Did it ever show? What Photoshop Version? Did you try resetting your Photoshop Preferences?

LATEST

If you have a subscription try installing a prior version.  Like CC 2014 the version I use.  However I do not have a  Wacom mobile studio look like a  great device but less mobile then a Surface Pro 4.   A 4K 15.6 display ouch that high resolution I would think using 2X UI  is a must and it not without problem.

Make sure you have the latest Wacom drivers and the latest Nvida Quagro device driver for the model you have.   Also try playing the Photoshop Performance Preferences GPU Advance settings.
