Present After Effects animations in a 'Powerpoint' style

I am looking to create a few animations and run a presentation in a click to change slide format. I haven't found any options yet that work on a click, next animation, click, next animation type of format.

Willing to incorporate an additional program if necessary. Thank you

That would be Animate CC or exported presentations from InDesign and Captivate.

To expand on what Mylenium said, After Effects can't produce anything like this. AE just makes the videos. Any interactivity must be created in another app.
