Issue with pin tool when creating scrolling effects

I am designing responsive web page and use drawing pin tool to get "paralax" effects. I design one site page witch you can scroll only in up/down. I pin some picture, but when I use this tool picture is disappear, When I turn off drawing pin tool , picture is come back. What is happend ?!

Can you please describe your query visually either by a screenshot or a video demonstration?

What exactly you mean by drawing pin tool? Is it the normal pin tool you are referring to?
