Hi:
Last friday 21 April around 21:00 CET , i was unable to start Photoshop and received an error to reinstall the program.I uninstalled photoshop and them was unable to reinstall it , the download was almost at 0 and gave a connectivity error.I checked the online status for the creative cloud but it was all in the green. Today 24 April, without any kind of changes it installed without a problem.
Is there any way to check if it was eventually a problem with the creative cloud support systems? We have alot of people now migratting to the creative cloud solution, photoshop 2017 an this could start a trust issue since alot of them have to work outside of the office and dont have admin accounts to the laptops.
Thanks
