I'm getting the error message from flash builder when I try and push out a time stamped air file.
"Error creating Air file: Could not generate timestamp; Connection reset"
As far as i can tell geotrusts timestamp server is offline.
There is another thread in the adobe animate group that is talking about this issue. I thought it would be helpful to post the issue under the program I was using where I encountered the problem.

I'm Flash Builder 4.6 user.
For about 1 month, I cannot do my job with Flash Builder.
I am so much disappointed with Adobe's late technical support.
When do I get the right solution from you?

Hi,
Can you please reply with the SDK you are using and how are you replacing the new SDK. Is there any specific scenario where you can reproduce the issue.
Thanks!

I am using AIR 26.0.0.93. Installed in c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate CC 2017\AIR26.0-Beta. The error occurs everytime on every document I have. I attached a test doc that also fails https://www.dropbox.com/s/yx4ax0vp3k7qwtc/TestAir.fla?dl=0
This is very frustrating, my client is impatient and this problem has been going on for a long time now. Please help!

Hi,
The Animate/Flash Professional doesn't use the default timestamp URL for adt. You may try packaging with the adt packaging command. Follow these steps:
1) Create an intermediate .airi file using Animate/Flash Professional
2) Cd to the path on command terminal where your .airi file is placed
3) Run following command: adt -package -keystore <your certificate> -storetype -target native <your app name>.exe <your airi name>.airi
adt is placed inside the bin folder of the SDK also, you may create a certificate from the Animate's interface if you need one and use the same certificate to package the application.
Adt packaging command help:Refer Adobe AIR * ADT package command and Adobe AIR * Packaging a captive runtime bundle for desktop computers
Thanks!

So is this what we have to do each time we create an AIR file from Animate? Is anyone working on fixing it to work as it should?

Hi~ Amrita Gangwani
Thank you very much. The error has been fixed a few minutes ago.
If anyone uses Flex Builder 4.*, refer to this.
1. Airsdk DownLoad (airsdk26beta)
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air.html
2. Airsdk Copy & Paste : Flex Builder 4.6 > sdk
Copy all files in downloaded new SDK folder to existing old SDK folder
3. Change namespace (ns)
2017.05.19 added.
Anyone to use new packaged air file has to update manually "Adobe Air SDK 26 beta" - not auto updated.
Maybe beta version can not be auto updated.
This is so critical issue for me because my clients - computer illiterate, have to update Air SDK manually.

Hi~ Amrita Gangwani
Another problem was founded out.
New packaged air file could not be installed at the client PC with not updated air sdk - impossible auto update.
And air sdk could not be updated too.
Is it impossible that there is auto air SDK update?
I'm sorry.An error occurred.
This application requires an update of Adobe AIR available on your system.
Review the system requirements of Adobe AIR and update your system accordingly

I have modified my settings in Flash Builder ( Windows > Preferences > General > Network Connections ). It is working for me now
