[Windows] XD not downloading; no Apps panel in CC app

I am having the same problem, but i am using up to date version of Creative Cloud, When i click the Adobe XD download button , It opens the creative cloud app. But then nothing happens, I can't find the Adobe XD app in the app list. I relly need to try adobe XD please give me a solution thanks!

And i am using Windows 10 (64 Bit)  and my windows system is up to date.

I merged your two messages together and branched this off into a new discussion, as the thread you replied to was a Mac issue. The first thing to check is what version of WIndows 10 you're running on. We only support the Anniversary edition (10.0.14393) and later at the moment. You might need to upgrade in order to have this show up for you!

Hi, I have the same issue. I installed the app on my work MAC but have problems on windows 10. All updated/ reinstalled etc.
