After Effects CC (2017) lässt sich nicht öffnen

Hallo,

ich weiß viele hatten dieses Thema schon einmal genannt doch trotzdem werde ich das Problem hier noch einmal nennen.

Wenn ich versuche After Effects CC (2017) zu öffnen passiert garnichts.

Erst wenn ich ca. 10 mal auf die Anwendung in Creative Cloud klicke kommt die diese Fehlermeldung:

Die Anweisung in 0x77bddc9d verweist auf speicher 0x00000074. Der Vorgang read konnte nicht im Speicher durchgeführt werden.

Klicken Sie auf ''Ok'', um das Programm zu beenden.

Kann mir jemand bei diesem Problem helfen?

Try contacting Adobe support. They are usually good with this sort of thing.

Contact Adobe support. Go to Adobe.com/support and click on the Creative Cloud icon first. That'll take you to the CC area of support and you should be able to get in touch with a technician eventually via chat or telephone depending on what day and time it is when you go to support and what country you live in.
