Premiere Elements Workspace size?

I have a screen recorder for my computer, recording at 1680,1050 and thats what Premiere elements is rendering out as. But no matter what there is an ugly black trim that makes the video look terrible.

Ex. IM NOT USING THIS AS A SELF PROMOTION BUT AS MERELY AN EXAMPLE

When you first click you can easily see that there is the ugly black trim.

Anyone know how to fix??

That is happening because your media is a non-standard video size, so YouTube is sizing it to fit a standard video size.
