Good afternoon! The correction brush does not work in the lightroom. I ask you to give a solution to the problem or the correct settings

The brush works fine. Please be more specific about what it is that you expect to see happening that's not!

You should also check that Flow and Density are not set too low. For example, at 0 you'll likely find that brush does little to nothing whereas at 100 the brush effects should be very visible.
