I am wanting to update Photoshop CS5 so I can view RAW files. However, when I do download the updates I keep getting an error message indicating unable to install. What can I do to update my software.

This is exactly the problem I am having . Getting an error code 72  "contact customer support" . I just want someone to phone me and walk me thru this as I upgraded yesterday but cannot use the program at all

What operating system are you using?

You could also install the latest adobe application manager and try Help>Updates again.

1 - I am using Windows 10.

2 - Yes, I was using helping in CS5.
