SWF file only works when pressing Ctrl+Enter

I've created a fla using Adobe Flash CS3 and ActionScript 3.0. But, it only runs when I press Ctrl+Enter. If I publish the swf, or exe files and click on either of them, when they open up, the screen is completely white (none of the text or image loaders seem to have loaded anything). But, if I run the fla using the Ctrl+Enter command all of the text and image loaders load properly, no errors are given compile nor debug errors.

Does anyone know why the swf file does not run properly when I click on the individual swf/exe/html files?
