What's the point? Once someone prints it they can make multiple copies with a photocopier, or scan it back and create a new, non-secured file...

I have a digital printing company.

Some of our clients send us the files (PDF) to print but they need us to guarantee in some way that the work was only printed once.

For example lottery tickets, stamps for medical orders, tickets, etc. Would be numbered prints that would only have to be printed once. With unique numbering unrepeatable.

Is there any way to create a pdf file with the restriction of e that can be printed once ??

AFAIK, no. If they want to do it like that they should do it in-house and

delete the files immedialtely once they are printed.

These are important issues. They do not rely on "print once" ideas, and recognise that people have scanners and copiers. Event tickets use barcodes. Lottery tickets have barcodes or numbers. The essence is a checking system at the delivery side. Or not. Large standing concerts scan barcodes, while theatres do not; two people trying to occupy the same seat is obvious. Lottery tickets are booked when claimed, and so on.

If if your clients want guarantees of the impossible they will struggle to find a service provider.
