UI Font Size & Splash Screen

Message was edited by: Paula Lee This also happens in the new Photoshop CC 2018.  I was told by tech support that the problem is the Windows 10 operating system, and that's as far as the conversation went, again.

It took me awhile to troubleshoot what was causing this, but I've finally got it figured out.  When  you change the UI Font Size to LARGE in the Preferences Interface menu, it creates a black box on the splash screen.  If there isn't a way to fix this at present (I can't read the text well in the default SMALL size), maybe the developers can fine tune things in the next release.
