Automatize to Seal (Image) a PDF

We recieve PDF's by Web Services of Business Partner, but We need to seal (Put Image) automatically without manual edition of PDF, We supose tah exist a DLL to do that, Can somebody help us

Acrobat MUST NOT  be used from a web service. Adobe's PDF Library would allow C++ programmers to do this. Licensed by DataLogics. But a specialist PDF Stamp tool may be  better; Adobe do not offer one and we cannot discuss their rivals here, but I think it's important to disclose their existence.
