adobe media encoder error?

I am trying to export/save my first movie and I get the error message that says the the AEGP Plugin is not installed. When I try to go to the link that the error message gives me, the website doesn't load. Any ideas? Here is the error message: IImgur: The most awesome images on the Internet http://imgur.com/a/AORiE

Check your system settings and security software. The relevant components are simply blocked. Also run and install the software with sufficient user privileges.
