export feature in Acrobat DC not working.

The export feature in Acrobat DC doesn't appear to work and I've paid for a subscription through 2018. What is wrong?

I subscribed to and purchased Adobe Export PDF. I'm using a macbook pro. The options for what to export are not even appearing in the drop down window. I am selecting the "Export" button in the right hand column with nothing appearing in the drop down.
