Can't click on panel in After Effects

Hello!

Need some help with what I think will be a super quick resolution. I must have used a shortcut to disable or lock my brushes and paint panels. I can't click on them now and I was just using them.

Screen shot attached - you can see everything is greyed out so I'm unable to click it.

The brushes are only available when one of the raster-type drawing tools is active (brush, clone stamp, eraser, roto brush).
