Hi.

I have adobe presenter 11 trial installed, adobe flash player 18.0, adobe acrobat reader DC 17.0.

When I preview the present, it´s OK, show all interactions (Hangman, Puzzle, Word search) but when I publish to SWF or HTML5, interactions are not displayed (Hangman, Puzzle, Word search), display only text.

In web console shows:

  • data/html/presenter.css Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
  • Project.js Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
  • OpenAjaxManagedHub-all.js Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Please can you help me?

The interactions won't play as HTML.

FP 18 is pretty old. Any chance you can update to a more current version and see if the interactions work when you publish as SWF?

You should probably reach out to Adobe Support directly. Please share any information they give you so it can be a reference for others.
