Anyone having trouble getting Muse to connect to Adobe Servers?

Ran into this problem right from the start. No problem ordering and paying for Muse subscription on line, but error message "can't connect to Adobe servers" prevented me from downloading Muse. Live chat session agent thought it was a firewall issue. Couldn't resolve it but found a workaround so I could download Muse, which installed without a problem. Used the program, but when I tried to preview the site I got the same message about the servers. I turned off the firewall, but that didn't help The error message said it was an http problem. Anyone been able to work this out?

I also maintain two websites using Dreamweaver CS4 to a service provider via ftp. No problems.

Using Windows 7 64-bit, Windows Firewall, and AVG free antivirus.

Thanks!
