How do I create a pdf download link that needs to be mailed?

Good morning everyone at all would need a great help. In the site I'm making, I have to make available brochures in pdf that I would like to be downloaded by the user only after entering a valid address and mail and some information (name and nationality). Can anyone tell me if there is a way to do this?

Place a form of your choice.

Configure the input field, which you want to be not empty, as "Require Entry".

Set the forms option "After Sending" to a page of your choice, where you place a download button for your brochure or set it directly to "Link to File":
