CC DT unable to update Apps in second Laptop PC.

I have Adobe CC Apps installed in a Desktop PC and in a Laptop one. In Desktop PC Apps has been updated in April (e.g. AE 14.2). Laptop Apps are listed to be updated in CC DT App but they are not (e.g. AE 14.0). Both Desktop and Laptop use Windows 7 pro and in both of them CC DT App is signed in with the same account and never used the same time.

What can I do to work with the same App version everywhere?

Without more precise info nobody can tell you much. This could be some missing system update or a general shortcoming in the laptop like insufficient graphics hardware or an outdated driver that doesn't meet the updated system requirements. Start by investigating these things.
