A composition AE without the sound track

Is it possible to create a composition without the sound track.
When you export the composition in essential graphics, it releases a sound track in the premiere pro

Not currently possible. But you can file a feature request to have that functionality added.

To quickly remove the audio on the Premiere side, turn off Linked Selection, select just the audio clip boundary in your Timeline and delete it.  If Linked Selection is on, you can hold option (Mac) or alt (Windows) to temporarily turn it off (that is, you'll be able to select just the audio).

Yeah, removing the audio in Premiere isn't a hassle at all. A few clicks and your good!
