LR & PS cc can't import Sony A6500 RAW file

My LR PS cc can't open or import Sony A6500 RAW file and both of them and camera raw are up to date

i try to reinstall both LR PS cc but they still can't open or import Sony A6500 RAW file ,FYI i'm using LR PS on mac mini

ie, update (help>updates) ps and lr 6 to their latest versions.

Check how up-to-date the software is.

For Camera Raw: CC version could mean anything from 9.0 to 9.10. You need 9.8 or later.

For Lightroom, CC version could mean anything from CC 2015.0 to CC 2015.10. You need CC 2015.8 or later.

In Lightroom, click Help > System Info

In Photoshop, click Photoshop > About Plug-Ins > Camera Raw

update your lr and ps to cc 2017.

now my PS can open RAW file but LR still can't import

You are not running the latest version of LR. It should be:

Lightroom version: CC 2015.10 [ 1109537 ]

can you see the difference in your cr versions?

lr:  9.1<9.8, doesn't work with your camera

ps: 9.10 > 9.8, works with your camera

so again, update your lightroom by clicking help>updates or following message 12.

i'm download the 2015.10/6.10 update from the link from message 12 and this is result what can i do now

uninstall your lightroom, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer

open your cc desktop app>click the gear icon>click check for app updates..

install the latest version of lr (cc 2015).
