I have a lot of colors stored in CC Libraries. When I opened the CC Libraries panel in InDesign today, it was empty. I searched the forum for ideas and as a result, I closed both Photoshop and InDesign, then reopened InDesign from the app. The panel is still empty. I checked my Creative Cloud account online, and all the colors are there. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Try signing out of your Creative Cloud desktop application, and then sign back in again. It's under Preferences, see below:

Restart your computer. Then open the CC desktop application > "gear" icon > Preferences > Creative Cloud > Files. Make sure Sync is turned ON.
