phantom frames around the zoomed picture [OSX GPU Driver Issue?]

Hello

if i'm zooming a picture smaller i get some weird "frames" around it. like vestiges of the bigger display.
They are just in the backround, and just a phantom, not in the real existing picture.

…but it sucks to work with this…

i've got PS CC version 2017.0.1 
on a mac OS Sierra

graphic-card: Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Looks like a GPU issue, but I am not a Mac person so don't know how you guys go about updating GPU drivers.
