多次嘗試安裝但出現After Effects can't continue:Licensing Error.

該如何處理？

It means what it says. Your system needs to be set to Chinese Simplified or another supported language.

But i don't use Chinese Simplified，i'm a traditional Chinese user how can i do ?

You can try installing an older version and see if it still has an issue.

Otherwise, switch your OS to Chinese Simplified. That's all I know to do.

You can also try contacting Adobe support.
