Keep photoshop window minimized while opening

Hello,

Not actually a problem or a bug, but if something can be done about opening Photoshop on Windows:

When I open Photoshop, it actually takes longs seconds to be really opened. So I work on others windows while it open, but Photoshop's window keeps focusing X times, interrompting my work and that's really annoying.

I don't know if it's possible to keep its window minimized while opening ?

Not possible on Windows many find the way Photoshop repeatedly grabs system focus starting really annoying. The sort of work around IMO is not that good for it requires you to close down Photoshop in an unusual way.
