Moving text within a mask

Howdy, all.

I've been using Muse for a couple of years now - and so far haven't been able to recreate the text effect found on this website.

I'm hoping to emulate how the text moves into view in the middle of the page when scrolled - as though it is appearing inside a masking box of some sort.

Obviously using a anchor jumping widget would achieve the movement portion, but not how the text comes into view. I guess it needs to be done with some kind of text mask.

there is some advanced css on that site... imo a real coder is needed and I would ask the guys in the Dreamweaver forum
