Exported PDF results in uneditable word file.

Just paid for Adobe export.  processed my pdf and got back a word doc with my pdf's as images in the doc.  uneditable.  If im not going to get an editable word doc from my pdf, then this product isn't for me and im looking for a refund.  How do i start that process?

Are you experiencing this issue with all the files that you export to Word file?

Did you try to export any other file and check if you get the same result?

Is it possible for you to share the file with which you are experiencing the issue, so we can check it on our end?
