I would like to know how to install presenter 9 to my system. I am running windows 7 x86, Office 2013. Error - states that Power Point is not installed on system. Failure to recognize the install of power point.

Looking back at the tech specs it looks like Presenter 9 should work with Office 2013, both 32 and 64 bit versions.
Adobe Presenter 9 Release Notes
Based on that, you may need to reach out to Adobe Support to see if they can help identify why PPT wouldn't be recognized when installing Presenter.
