Hai!

I am using InDesign CS6.

I want to change anchored text frames to normal text frames using a script.

Can anyone please guide me?

Thank you!

Hi Sangeetha,

have a look into DOM documentation.

For example here with ExtendScript that Gregor Fellenz had compiled and made available:

InDesign ExtendScript API (8.0)

Search for textFrame and you'll get this :

InDesign ExtendScript API (8.0)

Look up the methods in anchoredObjectSettings :

InDesign ExtendScript API (8.0)

Regards,
Uwe
